Open the Applicant Details to further manage the application.
When clicking on Review Application from an email notification, an agent is taken to the Application Details, or navigate to the Application Details by clicking on the applicant's name from the list view.
This article describes the sections of the Application Details:
Profile
Click on the Profile button in the right panel to open the summary of the the renter's personal info with contact information and the government issued photos ID.

Co-Applicants
If the renter is applying with other occupants or a Guarantor, navigate to the co-applicant file by clicking on the file name.

Employment
By scrolling down, the different sections of the Application to Rent are separated by modals. Hover to view more detail, or click anywhere within the section to open the modal.

+ Add Proof of Income
If an agent is needing to upload supporting documents you can do so from the Employment Information section from the Applicant Details. The option may look different depending on whether the applicant either submitted documents or has not submitted documents.

A modal will appear where you can select or drag and drop the documents you would like to add to the file. Then click Save. After saving, the documents will be added to the Renter Resume. If there were previously uploaded documents, the newly added documents will be added to the end of the file.
Internal Notes
The Internal Notes are a great way for teams to collaborate.
Activity Feed
The Activity Feed provides an agent with time stamped information of the applicant's activity as well as the automated employment and tenancy verifications.
