When sending an invite to apply, an agent has two options, 1) Application & reports, and 2) Reports only. Both invite options will always return the full credit report and background record search.
An agent can quickly jump to the reports by clicking on the credit score where found.
NOTE: International screening process will return credit only. U.S. reports return both credit and housing court record.

Application & reports
Request that a potential renter complete and share,
- Full rental application

From Applicants or from a Published Property, select +Invite applicant, then select Application & reports.
The submitted App & reports file
All application data, attached documentation and credit reports are returned. Verifications for employment and tenancy, when enabled, are immediately sent to the contacts that were provided.
An agent can manage the file from the Applicant Details, or view the full online file from the Renter Resume.
Reports only
Request that a potential renter complete the minimum amount of information needed and share,
- Personal information
- Credit report, *criminal, and housing court record search results
From Applicants, or from a Published Property, select +Invite applicant, then select Reports only.
The submitted Reports only file
The Personal information section of the full application will be collected. The file will contain the full credit report, *criminal report, and housing court record search results for U.S. Consumer history. The file will not contain supporting documents and automated verifications will not be triggered.
Request application
After receiving the Reports only file, a request to complete the full application can be sent by clicking Request application.
