The Desired Rental is originally assigned to the application before submission. The Agent owner, Organization Administrator or a Managing Agent can change the associated rental property for the applicant file.
Edit Desired Rental
From the Applicant Details, click Edit.
The Manage rental property modal will appear.
Select a property
NOTE: Only Published Properties associated with the Listing Agent/Agent owner, or Properties that have been shared with the Listing Agent will be available to select from in the dropdown.
If you would like to select a Property that is associated with a different Listing Agent, you must first edit the Listing Agent. Learn more
If no Properties are available to select from in the dropdown, the Listing Agent does not have Published Properties in their account.
