Income
No matter what the applicant selects for Employment Information, they are asked to upload supporting documents as proof of affordability. Review the Application to Rent: Employment Information.
From either the Applicant's list view, or the Applicant Details page, an agent can click on the corresponding icon for Income.
Income Incomplete
If the Income icon is gray, this means the applicant did not upload documents during the application process. The applicant should log back into their account to upload any remaining requested documents on from their dashboard, or see Add Proof of Income below to add from the Applicant Details.
When completing the online application, all the data fields are required in order to Save and Continue. The supporting documents are not required in order to Save and Continue. If the applicant does not have their pay stubs or similar supporting documents on them at the time, they can still submit their application, then return to their account to later upload any remaining requested documents.

Add Proof of Income
If an agent is needing to upload supporting documents you can do so from the Employment Information section from the Applicant Details. The option may look different depending on whether the applicant either submitted documents or has not submitted documents.
Has not submitted documents
There are no currently uploaded documents for Proof of Income, click +Add
Has submitted documents
There are uploaded documents for Proof of Income, click + to add more documents.
A modal will appear where you can select or drag and drop the documents you would like to add to the file. Then click Save. After saving, the documents will be added to the Renter Resume. If there were previously uploaded documents, the newly added documents will be added to the end of the file.
Complete Income verification
The Income modal will pop up to display your applicant's attachments for income.
Please review the income your applicant has "Stated" on their application, together with the supporting documents, and add the amount you verified. Intellirent will automatically calculate any difference.
You may accept or deny the income to complete the verification. Accepting turns Income green, denying turns Income red.
*Acceptance or denial of any actionable item will never be directly communicated to your applicant. Color coding is one way Intellirent helps you efficiently manage your applications.
Pet
An agent can click on the Pet circle icon from either the Applicants list view or the Applicant Details page. Review the Application to Rent: Furry Friends.
Pet Incomplete
If the Pet icon is gray, this means the applicant did not upload the pet image or service animal request documents during the application process. The applicant should log back into their account to upload any remaining requested images or documents on from their dashboard.
Complete Pet Verification
The Pet modal will open for an agent to review the details. If the applicant has selected Service Animal, the Service Animal documentation will be added to the photo section for your review.
From the Pet modal, an agent can also forward the pet details to another contact by entering the contact's email and clicking Send. The agent will be copied on the email to the contact.
*Acceptance or denial of any actionable item will never be directly communicated to your applicant. Color coding is one way Intellirent helps you efficiently manage your applications.
When all items are green, the agent knows the application is ready to move forward.
