After submitting an application file, an applicant can log back into an existing account to upload new or additional supporting documents.
NOTE: JPEG, PDF, PNG, and JPG file types only
ERROR: Password protected documents are not allowed. An applicant should unlock the file before attempting to upload any attachments.
IMPORTANT: Insufficient and illegible documentation may cause delays during the agent's review process. PDF documents are strongly encouraged for all proof of income documentation.
If documentation was not previously provided, the application status will be Pending. Documents can be added using the open task or in the specified section directly.
Upload Proof of Income
Documentation for proof of income can be found in the Employment Information section of an application.
Click on Employment Information from the right panel Dashboard.
Scroll down to the Attach Proof of Income section and update accordingly.
Click Save & Continue to save.
Upload Government Issued ID
Documentation for a Government Issued ID can be added from the Personal Information section of an application.
Click on Personal Information from the right panel Dashboard.
Click the Personal Details tab and scroll down.
If you have already uploaded a Government issued ID, you can add another by clicking, + Add another government issues photo id. Always click Save & Continue to save all updates.
Even after an application is submitted, the file may be considered incomplete until all supporting documents are attached and verifications are complete. (See also Employment Verification and Tenancy Verification)
