In the activity feed of an applicants' details page, agents can see whether verification emails have been delivered, opened, and/or clicked.
Click the dropdown arrow next to the request that was sent.
You will see the status of the email and the opens / clicks.
You can also see these details when clicking into the actual tenancy verification form from the applicant's details page.
