Add New Listing

When clicking on My Listings, you will always land on the list of your Published properties.

To publish a new listing/property, click + Add new listing. Follow all steps then hit Publish. to complete the process. All published properties will be 

*A Published property is not the same as an actively marketed property. Rental Marketing must be activated in order for your properties to be syndicated.

+ Add New Listing

After clicking + Add new listing, a modal will pop up walking you through the steps of to create a property. 

Required fields are marked with an asterisk*. See also, Account Settings: Business Address 

The correct address plus all other required fields follow the partnered ILS guidelines for the Rental Marketing feature. If you are not utilizing the marketing feature, additional details of the published property will not be publicly visible, only the first image and full address will be seen by the renter on the application. 

Once all required fields are entered, the Next button will be enabled, allowing you to proceed to the next step. 

Draft

Intellirent automatically saves your progress along the way. If you do not complete all steps and exit the modal before clicking Publish, your property will be saved in the Draft folder. 

Address

Start by typing in the rental property address. The Address field will populate search results as you enter more data. Select the correct result to finish populating the full address. 

The Unit Number is always recommended when applicable.

Property Type

When selecting Apartment, the total Unit Count in the building is required. Enter the total number of units in the building, including the units you do not manage.

 

Details

Although not all fields are required, Intellirent recommends information for all fields be added when an agent would like to use the Rental Marketing feature.

Pets & Amenities 

If you're not finding or able to add the amenity you'd like, Intellirent recommends adding the information to the property's Description in the next step. 

Description 

Try to provide as much substantial information while at the same time keeping it simple. 

Images

The suggested number of photos to upload is 30. Add as many high quality photos as you can and be sure to include exterior and neighborhood photos. 

Published Property Details

After you've published a property, you'll land in the Property Details where you can either active Rental Marketing, or send a potential renter the Application to Rent!

Remember, a published property is never publicly shared unless marketing has been activated. Please be sure to archive the property once it's been rented.
