Activate Rental Marketing – Advertise Your Listings

Intellirent is NOT an Internet Listing Site (ILS), however, we've partnered with ILS' to help you advertise your available rentals with a single-click. For a full list of Intellirent's partner ILS', click here.

A published listing on Intellirent is private unless you have activated the Rental Marketing feature. There are two ways you can activate marketing: 

1. Activate and manage multiple listings at once

2. Activate and manage per individual listing

*A listing must be published in order for you to activate Rental Marketing. 

Activate and manage multiple listings at once

If you have multiple listings to activate and would prefer to activate all at once, navigate to your Settings. using the drop down menu by your name, then click Marketing, and toggle ON, Marketing: Active. 

*Managing Rental Marketing from your Settings will affect all published listings in your account. 

Activate and manage per individual listing

Clicking on My Listings will always default to your Published listings, or you can click on Published from the My Listings drop down menu. 

Click on the listing name or street address to navigate to the listing details. 

Once in the listing details, on the right, click to toggle ON, and activate Rental Marketing for the individual listing. 

Intellirent practices on-going security for agents, renters and partner sites. Our efforts vary in practice from encryptions, and firewalls to multi-factor authentication and day-to-day manual over site.

If you are using Intellirent's Rental Marketing feature for the first time, you may be asked to verify your account with documentation of property ownership, or lease agreements. Intellirent does not share your documentation, however, to maintain and increase listing site partnerships Intellirent must authentic our agent users to prevent fraud.
