There are two ways to send an application from your account:
(Do NOT ask potential renters to go directly to myintellirent.com – an applicant cannot sign up from Intellirent's main website. They must be invited to apply.)
General Application
A general application is not associated to a published property. You can send a general application by clicking Request Application from the top of My Applicants.
A general application is not linked to or organized by a property. Your applicants can submit an application without being tied to a property.
If you have multiple properties published in your Intellirent account, your applicants will see a list of those properties to choose from on the Payment page of their application.
Learn more about the application process here.
Property Application
Send an application specific to a published property by navigating to My Listings, then click on the property address or property name.
Once in the Property details, click on Invite New.
When sending an application from a property, potential renters will see that property on their Payment page of their application. Sending an application tied to your property will help organize your applications by property as they come in.
Request Application
After clicking on either Request Application or Invite New, a modal will pop up. First and last name are not required but available to help you track everyone you've sent an application to from your account.
You can send an application via email or text. You can also copy and paste the application link at the bottom of the invite modal. Copying the link to send outside of Intellirent cannot be tracked.
IMPORTANT: For multiple co-occupants/groups, only send ONE primary applicant the invitation to apply. Read more about group applications here.
Invite Sent
After sending an invitation to apply, you will begin to see the information populate on the My Applications Current page.
Resend Invite
Click Resend Invite to resend the request to apply.
