Yes, you can send a General application that is not associated to a specific property. If you are a relocation agent needing to pre-qualify a renter or if you just need the application now without publishing a property, your potential renter can submit an application that is not associated to a rental address/property.
To do this, you will need to send the application from the general application link. Navigate to the Applicants page > click on Invite applicant.
Enter your potential renter's contact information or you can copy and paste the link.
Your renter will receive the application link that is tied to your account but not a specific property. All renters must create a secure account.
On the payment page of the general application link, your renter will be asked to select a property from a dropdown. The drop down will provide a list of all properties you have published in your account or the renter should select or type to search, Other property.
The application will then ask the renter to enter an address. The renter can enter an address note as well.
You will receive the application with the property address or note displayed to you.
