Can my applicant upload a paper application?

No, Intellirent is an all-in-one online application and credit report, plus nationwide background checks. The applicant must complete the online application, agree to the online terms of use and release of their information, pay the fee. 

Since the applicant is speaking directly to the credit bureau and allowing the release of their credit and background check, the transaction is a soft pull, and does not affect their credit history.  

*Intellirent does not advise landlords to accept paper credit reports. It is always best to receive the data directly from the source.
