An application submitted within the last 60 days is considered current and will remain in the default Active list view. Once a decision has been made on an application, the application file can be moved to a suggested folder, Approved, Denied Archived, maintaining an organized system.
When moving an application, agents will have the ability to notify the associated applicants.

Move an application
You can move an application from the Applicants list or from within the Applicant Details screen.
Applicants list
From the Applicants list, click Edit, top left of the page search bar then, select your desired folder that will appear at the bottom of the screen.
Applicant Details
From the Applicant Details, click more options (...) found on the top right of the profile panel, then select the desired folder.
Approved
After moving the file to the Approved folder, a confirmation will appear. The applicant is not notified.
From the confirmation, Agents will have the option to send the applicant a notification.

Open preview in Messaging
The general message is static but can be reviewed before sending by clicking Open preview in messaging. Once in Messaging, select Send message.
Exit or Send later
By either exiting the confirmation message or Messaging before sending, an agent can return to the desired file in the Approved folder to access the notification again.
Denied
After moving the file to the Denied folder, a confirmation will appear. The applicant is not notified.
From the confirmation, Agents will have the option to send the applicant the Adverse Action letter and notification of the reason for denial.

Open preview or download in Messaging
The general message is can be reviewed and/or downloaded to edit before sending by clicking Open preview in messaging. Once in Messaging, select Send message.
Archived
If the application has not been previously moved to a desired folder by the agent user, on day 61 an application will no longer be considered current and the system will automatically move the application to the Archived folder. Agents will not lose access to the file and data.
