If you have a group of applicant's applying together, (ie: Husband & Wife, Roommates), only send one person from the group an invitation to apply. We call this first applicant the Primary applicant.
All adults (occupants over the age of 18) must submit a separate application.
The Primary applicant creates their account and on the first page of the application, the Primary will be asked how many total occupants in the unit.
Then, at the bottom of the first page, the Primary applicant will be required to enter their co-occupant's contact information.
Once the Primary applicant clicks Save & Continue on the first page of the application, all co-occupants will receive an invitation email with a sign up link asking them to start the application separately.
Sometimes the emails get sent to spam or junk. If co-occupant is saying they are not receiving the application,
1. Ask the primary to double check the email address they entered was correct > click on the Roommate's name.
In the App Details page > review email or Resend Invite
2. Co-Occupants can sign up/create an account on the sign-up page as long as they create their account using the same email address that was invited. (You can see that email address by clicking on the invited applicant's name.)
The co-occupants MUST sign up using the email address that was invited by the Primary. Only then will co-occupants will be linked to the primary and/or group. *Each applicant must use a separate email address to create a separate secure account.
