There are two ways to invite an applicant, or send a digital application from your account. You do NOT want to ask potential renters to go directly to myintellirent.com – the applications will not be linked to your account if so.
1. Send a general application that is not property specific
After an application is submitted, you will be notified via email. For security, you will need to log back into your account to review all submitted information.
Send a general application
Send an application that is not property specific by clicking + Invite Applicant from the top of the Tasks or the Applicants page. This is a General Application.
If you have multiple properties published on your Intellirent account, your applicants will see a list of those properties to chose from on their payment page.
Send a property specific application
Send an application specific to a published property. Click on Properties > then click the property address to navigate to the Property Details page.
From the to Property Details page, on the right > click on Invite New.
When inviting an applicant from the Property Details page, applicants will see that property on the payment page of their application. Sending an application tied to your property will help organize your applications by property as they come in.
After clicking on either +Invite Applicant or Invite New, a modal will pop up. First and last name are not required but there to help you track applications sent from your account.
You can send an application via email or text (SMS). Enter contact details and click Send Invitation.
Click Copy Link to add to advertisements or send outside of Intellirent. By copying and sending the application link outside of Intellirent, Intellirent cannot help you track the applications sent.
*IMPORTANT: If you have a group of applicants applying together, only send one primary applicant the invitation to apply.
