Potential renters contact agents directly

Intellirent is designed to save agents and landlords time and money. Using the Rental Marketing feature gives you the ability to add your available rental to a large number of listing sites without having to spend the time creating the listing on each individual listing site. 

Once you've activated rental marketing, all communication from leads goes directly to you as the listing agent, and account owner of the published property. 

If the lead sends a message through a partner site, that message will go directly to your email account associated with your Intellirent account. 

You can manage your account information from your Settings: Public Profile. 

For the best results, always respond to leads right away!

 

Once you have a potential renter, you should send the digital application from your account to proceed with screening.
