After creating an account, an applicant will receive an email notifying them of their newly created account. A separate email notification is sent after submitting an application file along with a receipt.
*If an email is not found, please check all email folders such as junk or spam. If an email is found in a junk or spam folder, we recommend updating the status of the email to SAFE, as you may risk not receiving additional important messages.
An application is considered incomplete until the applicant has,
- Paid the non-refundable application fee
- Passed the TransUnion identity verification questionnaire (if applicable)
- Attached all requested supporting documents
An applicant may have the ability to login to an existing account.
*An application is unique to an agent account. When logging into an existing account we recommend using the associated agent's unique application URL to login. An applicant will see a warning banner message after logging in if a different URL was used.

Multiple accounts with the same email address
If an applicant is using the same email address for multiple accounts, the applicant will only have access to their latest created application account. Learn more.
