Once an application is submitted, and only while the employment verification is still Pending, an applicant can make changes to the Employment Information contact details.
If the employment verification is Complete, an applicant cannot make any changes to the verifier contact information.
Edit Pending Employment Verifier Contact
To edit employment verifier contact information, first login to your dashboard then follow the steps below. Login HERE.
Employment Information
Click on Employment Information under Dashboard on the right. 
Under the desired employment tab, Present or Prior, scroll down to the Supervisor's contact information and updated as needed.
Save & Continue
Don't forget to click Save & Continue in order to correctly save the updated Information.
After the contact information is updated, the verification will be resent to the updated email address.
