On the Employment Information of the rental application, if an applicant has selected Currently Employed, the contact information for an immediate supervisor or human resource contact that can help to verify the applicant's employment status will be required.
Verification Request
For all Currently Employed entries:
1st attempt: Sent immediately after an applicant pays the application fee, and submits their application.
2nd attempt: If the employment verification is not collected the first time, there is a second email reminder that will be sent the next day either at 8 AM or 12 PM. This depends on what time the application was originally submitted.
3rd attempt: If the employment verification is still not completed, Intellirent's support team will make a phone call to that employment contact.
*Please note: 2nd and 3rd attempts are not made over holidays.
Failed attempts: After the phone call and if Intellirent is still unsuccessful, we will notify both the agent and the renter of our multiple attempts to collect the verification.

CONDITION: If the associated agent has turned off automated verifications for employment, the request will not be immediately sent. An agent may manually send the verification request at a later time.
IMPORTANT: An application file may be considered incomplete until all supporting documents are attached and verifications are complete. It is recommended that an applicant assist in the completion of the verifications by reaching out to the contact provided to ask that the contact complete the requested verification online.
