No. Unfortunately, 3rd party verifiers charge an extra fee to access the applicant's employment reports. While our technology is also used to assist in the collection of the employment and tenancy verifications, Intellirent cannot directly access reports from these sites. *3rd-party vendors only return additional paperwork/reports.

Alternatively, if there is a supervisor or HR contact that would be willing to assist directly, renters can log back into their account to edit the contact information under Employment. (It is possible a direct supervisor does not know an applicant's gross income.)
