After an application is submitted, a renter will land on their dashboard. The housing provider with whom the renter shared their file is immediately notified.
From the dashboard a renter is able to review their submitted details, makes edits if applicable, complete open tasks and export or securely share their file.

Messaging
When you need to contact your leasing agent for things like an update on the status of your application, what proof of income they may be looking for, etc., you can do so easily from the messaging option on your dashboard.
Click the envelope icon next to your name, then click New Message, and send!
Your Application Status
Even after an application is submitted, the file may be considered incomplete until all supporting documents are attached and verifications are complete: Pending Application Status.
Intellirent will let you know what documents are missing so you can quickly & easily upload and complete your rental application.
NOTE: Intellirent does not make decisions on application approvals or denials. Please contact your housing provider directly if you wish to inquire about the final status of a submitted application.
Dashboard navigation
On the right, click on the desired Dashboard tabs to navigate to the different sections of the submitted file.
NOTE: Most items are editable after you've submitted your application. For security purposes and to maintain file integrity, some fields may not be edited directly.
If a submitted application is no longer Active, all fields will be disabled from editing. Please contact your housing provider for updates on the approval process or rental property concerns.
Activity Feed
To view timestamps and updated statuses of your application action items, like completed verifications, you can view your own activity feed from your dashboard.
