In the Application Dashboard, renters are able to review their submitted application, see outstanding tasks, make edits, & more.
This article describes the items & available actions found within the Application Dashboard:
Application Completion Status
An application is considered Pending until all required documents are uploaded. Intellirent will let you know what documents are missing so you can quickly & easily upload and complete your rental application.
An application is considered Completed once all required documents have been added. See: Add Proof of Income or Supporting Documents for more.
Edit Your Application
Mistakes happen - we understand. If you need to make any edits or updates to your rental application or add roommates/cosigners, you can do so by clicking the relevant application section name under "Dashboard".
Note: Most items are editable after you've submitted your application - but for security purposes, if your SSN needs to be corrected you will need to call Intellirent Support directly.
When you need to contact your leasing agent for things like an update on the status of your application, what proof of income they may be looking for, etc., you can do so easily from the messaging option on your dashboard.
Click the envelope icon next to your name, then click New Message, and send!
To view timestamps and updated statuses of your application action items, like completed verifications, you can view your own activity feed from your dashboard.
