A potential renter with a submitted application file will have the option to securely share or export their file.
IN THIS ARTICLE
Export
Select Export from the header navigation. Available sections will be pre-selected for export.
Click Export and the PDF file will be generated.
Secure share
Select Secure share from the header navigation.
Create a secure share link
Similar to Export, available sections will be pre-selected. An email address is required in order to create the share link.
Share my Renter Resume
After entering a valid email address, click the Create share link and proceed in generating the secure link and share options.
The secure link can be copied and shared directly, or emailed to the provided email address from the previous step.
When sharing the secure link directly or via email, the contact receiving the secure file will be required to enter their email address to before they are able to view the file. Ensure the email address entered is correct. Close the modal and repeat the steps to try again.
Disabled selection
When data is not present in the renter's submitted file, the related section will not be available to select from.
For example, if the renter has not uploaded proof of income supporting documents, the Supporting Documents checkbox option will not be clickable. No documents are available to include in the exported file, therefore, it cannot be selected as an option.
To update the section, close the modal and use the right Dashboard tabs to navigate to the desired location and update accordingly.
Once data is made available in the corresponding section, the checkbox will be enabled for selection in both the Export and Secure share option.
