Apply directly to a property or agent
Intellirent is a secure software used by leasing professionals and property owners throughout the United States. Partnered with TransUnion to instantly provide comprehensive credit reports plus nationwide background checks, Intellirent saves you time with an easy streamlined process when communication is key.
Applicants should always be connected to an agent's account. If you are submitting a new application, you should create your account using the application invite sent via email or text, or an application URL that was provided to you by your agent.
Creating your applicant account using only the link provided to you, ensures your submitted application will be sent to the correct agent, immediately them immediately.
Troubleshooting
If you cannot find the email, check your spam or junk folders. An email sent by your agent will come from info@myintellirent.com, Subject: Rental Application from [Agent Name], or Rental Application for [Street Address] from [Agent Name].
If the application is for a specific property, you will see that property photo in the email invite.
Group Applications
Are you applying with a Co-occupant/Roommate and you're still looking for that email invite? It's possible the applicant who invited you added the wrong email. You can ask your co-applicant to log back into their account to check, or simply reach out to our live support team by submitting a request here.
*Please be sure to provide us with your co-applicant's info and/or your agent's contact information.
Multiple Applications
Do not login to an existing account, sign up/create a new account if you would like to submit a new application.
When an applicant is using one email address to apply to multiple, non-associated, agents or rental properties within a 60 day period, Intellirent may need to disable the applicant's account access to the initial created account. Learn more.
