Applicants should always be connected to an agent's account. If you are submitting a new application, you should create your account using the application invite sent via email or text, or an application URL that was provided to you by your agent.
Creating your applicant account using only the link provided to you, ensures your submitted application will be sent to the correct agent, immediately them immediately.
If you cannot find the email, check your spam or junk folders. An email sent by your agent will come from firstname.lastname@example.org, Subject: Rental Application from [Agent Name], or Rental Application for [Street Address] from [Agent Name].
If the application is for a specific property, you will see that property photo in the email invite.
Are you applying with a Co-occupant/Roommate and you're still looking for that email invite? It's possible the applicant who invited you added the wrong email. You can ask your co-applicant to log back into their account to check, or simply reach out to our live support team by submitting a request here.

When an applicant is using one account/email address to apply to multiple, non-associated, agents or rental properties within a 60 day period, Intellirent may need to disable the applicant's account access to the initial created account. Learn more.
