Applicants should always be connected to an agent's account. If you are submitting a new application, create your account using your agent specific application URL that may have been provided via email or text.
Open the application link associated with your rental housing provider and Create or Begin Your Applicant, do not Login to an existing account.
It's important to note: Each rental housing provider and associated rental application is unique to a property or the Management's criteria. Creating your applicant account using only the link provided to you, ensures your submitted application will be sent to the correct agent/provider for their review.
If you cannot find the email, check your spam or junk folders. An email sent by your agent will come from firstname.lastname@example.org, Subject: Rental Application from [Agent Name], or Rental Application for [Street Address] from [Agent Name].
If the application is for a specific property, you will see that property photo in the email invite.
Are you applying with a Co-occupant/Roommate and you're still looking for that email invite? It's possible the applicant who invited you added the wrong email. You can ask your co-applicant to log back into their account to check, or simply reach out to our live support team by submitting a request here.
*Please be sure to provide us with your co-applicant's info and/or your agent's contact information.
When needing to apply to more than one rental property, and the properties are not managed by the same provider, you will need to submit a new application.
- Do NOT login to an existing account
- Decide if you would like to use the same or a different email address
- Repeat the steps for App & Agent/Property Association to create a new account
Using one email address
When using one email address to create multiple application accounts within a 60 day period, an applicant user will only have continued access to the most recent account. See Cannot Access Previous Application Account.
