Intellirent allows an applicant to have continued access to an account in order to complete submission of an application, or review application data after submitting.
When an applicant is using one email address to create multiple application accounts within a 60 day period, the applicant will only have continued access to the most recently created account.
If an applicant would like to maintain continued access to all application accounts created, the applicant should use different email addresses.
This article provides additional details for three different applicant use cases for multiple account associated with one email address:
Submitted Application
After submitting a new application the associated agent is immediately notified. An applicant should always complete any outstanding items for that submitted application as soon as possible.
Account Disabled
If an applicant creates a new application using the same email address with a different agent, the applicant will no longer have access to their previously submitted application. This does not limit the agent's access to a submitted application.

Started Application
Application data is never shared with any third parties, and cannot be shared with your agent until the application is submitted.
When creating an application account, an applicant is encouraged to complete and submit their application before attempting to create a new application with a different agent.
Account Disabled
If an applicant begins a new application using the same email address, the account that was previously created will be disabled. The applicant will no longer have access to the previous account that was created with the same email address.
Next Steps
In this case, when an account is disabled, if an applicant decides they are still interested in applying with that first agent, an applicant will need to start that first application once more by navigating to the original application URL, and entering credentials to Create an Account.
When logging into an account, an applicant will always login to the latest existing account.
If an applicant has created multiple accounts with the same email address, the applicant will not have access to multiple accounts.
Group Applications
All adult Occupants and Guarantors, are required to submit a separate application and pay a separate fee.
If applicants applying as a group are still interested in a desired rental, all applicants are strongly encouraged to complete their individual applications as soon as possible and before creating new applications.
Accounts Disabled
When an applicant has created an account with Roommates or Guarantors, if any one applicant in the group creates a new account using the same email address, they will disable their existing account and the accounts of their co-applicants.
All co-applicant accounts will be disabled when any one co-applicant creates a new account using the same email address.
An agent will retain access to submitted applications.
