After submitting payment, agreeing to terms of release and passing the TransUnion identity verification, your data will immediately be sent to your agent/landlord. *You can login to an applicant account at anytime. Be sure to visit your dashboard to ensure all required documents are submitted to your agent in a timely manner. Intellirent does NOT approve or deny applications. You must speak with your agent/housing provider directly for an update on the status of your application.
