Intellirent compiles and condenses, all data, documents and full TransUnion credit report with background checks in the Application Details. AKA: the Renter Resume
Navigate to the Application Details
From the My Applications list view, click anywhere in the file to open the Application Details.
Heading Navigation
The top of the Application Details will provide additional options. Once an integration has been activated, the integration options will appear in the Application Details heading. Learn more about Intellirent Integration options here.
Payment Receipt
View the payment amount and receipt for an individual application. Click Receipt.
Download a PDF File
The application file can be downloaded by clicking Download Application. Learn more.
Right Panel Navigation
The right panel of the Application Details provides additional information and options such as expanding to better view group files, messaging and verifications. Find detailed descriptions of Verifications & Actionable Items here.
Pending Verifications
When a verification for employment and/or tenancy has not been completed, the verification is still "Pending". An agent user can resend the verification request from this view, by selecting the "Resend Request" arrow pictured below, next to the Pending label.
Warning Verifications
When a verification for employment and/or tenancy has been completed AND the verification has a discrepancy, the verification is in "Warning" status. When the verification shows this status, an agent user should open the verification and review all answers submitted by the verifier, before making any decision.
Verified Verifications
When a verification for employment and/or tenancy has been completed AND there is no discrepancy, the verification is "Verified". No further action is needed.
N/A Verifications
When a verification is not required for a specific portion of the application, the verification status will be "N/A". Verifications are not required, and therefore not completed automatically in the following scenarios:
- For tenancy, renter has selected, I do not rent
- For employment, renter has selected, self-employed or other
- For pet, renter has selected, I do not have a Pet or Service Animal
