If you have a group of applicants applying together, (ie: Husband & wife, roommates or guarantor/s), only send one primary applicant the invitation to apply.

Group application process
The primary applicant will start the application process. On the first page, Personal Information, they will be asked for the total number of occupants.
At the bottom of Personal Information a section will appear asking for the co-occupant contact information.
After clicking Save & Continue, the roommate or guarantor will receive be sent an invitation email with a sign up link asking them to start the application separately.
Troubleshooting
If a co-occupant is saying they are not receiving the application:
- As the applicant to search their spam or junk folders.
- Find and double check the email address of the roommates are correct with the primary applicant by clicking the name of the roommates.
- Ask the primary to double check the email address they entered was correct. The primary applicant can edit the email addresses of any applications that have not been started. Here are troubleshooting steps an applicant can take.
- The roommates or guarantors can use the email invitation that was used by the primary applicant. As long as the roommate uses the email address that was invited, the group will still be organized together in your dashboard.
