Request form tips & guidelines
Use the following details when completing the Integration request form. Our team is available to help! Schedule a demo here.
Company ID
Provide your Rentvine Company ID.
Navigate to your Rentvine account. Copy your Company ID from the URL.
(e.g. theleasingteam.rentvine.com where theleasingteam = Company ID)
For your convenience, feel free to copy and paste the complete URL when submitting the Intellirent integration request form.
API Key & API Secret
Create a Rentvine API Key and provide both the API Key and API Secret in the Intellirent integration request form. Learn How to Create an API Key in Rentvine.
IMPORTANT: Before closing the API Key modal you will need to copy the API Key and API Secret that is generated. Once you click Close you will not be able to view the API Secret again. A new API Key will need to be generated.
Application Template
The integration allows users to push Intellirent application data to your Rentvine account. When sending Intellirent application data, Rentvine requires the data to be associated with a Rentvine application template. You will need to create an application template and provide Intellirent with the template ID in the request form.

Builder Guidelines
IMPORTANT: Follow the Intellirent template builder guidelines here when creating the template.
Template ID
Once the Intellirent Application Template is saved, navigate back to the template and click "Builder" from the vertical ellipsis (more options). The Application Template ID can be found in the URL.

Properties
The integration automatically publishes Intellirent Properties using your Rentvine vacancies. At the moment, Rentvine does not provide an associated user for the vacancies. Therefore, when a Property is created in your Intellirent account, the "Agent owner" will be the Intellirent Organization Administrator.
You may choose to change the Intellirent Agent owner. Learn how-to Move a Property to a different user in your Organization
Applications
Intellirent's Rentvine integration helps teams quickly populate Intellirent application data in your Rentvine account. An application file can be sent from the Applicant Details or the Renter Resume.

Co-Applicants
When the application file contains more than one potential renter, you will have an option to send all or select which applications to send.
Send disabled
The Send File button will be disabled for reasons related to the associated Desired Rental.
Rentvine will only accept application data if that application data includes Rentvine property data.
If the associated Desired Rental was not published through the integration, Rentvine will not accept the application data, therefore, the application cannot be sent and the Send File button will be disabled.
You may choose to edit the Desired Rental at any time from the Applicant Details. Learn more
Custom address
The potential renter did not select a Published Property, the renter typed in an address as their Desired Rental.
If the associated Desired Rental was not published through the integration, Rentvine will not accept the application data, therefore, the application cannot be sent and the Send File button will be disabled.
NOTE: If you would like to prevent a renter from entering a custom address, please reach out to your Intellirent representative to request that the custom address option be removed on your application.
Directly published
he potential renter selected a Desired Rental and that property was published manually by the Listing Agent.
