Intellirent compiles and condenses, all data, documents and credit and background report in the Renter Resume. Find the Renter Resume by clicking on the Credit Score from the Applicants list/index, or the Applicant Details, or click on the resume icon.

Payment
View the payment history and receipt by clicking on the dollar icon.
Once in the Payment History, scroll to the bottom of the screen for additional options.
Receipt
Click the Download Receipt button to generate the PDF receipt.
Refund
Click Refund to initiate a refund for the application fee. A payment method is required to be saved before a refund can be initiated. When a payment method is not saved, you will be prompted to save the payment method. Learn more about managing Payments in Settings.
NOTE: Only an Organization Administrator or Managing Agent will have the Refund option visible even after a payment method is saved. A user with the role of Agent or Sub Agent does not have the option to refund an application fee.
Signed Terms
To view or download a copy of the applicant's signed Terms of Use, click on Signed Applicant Terms.
Filter drop down
Click on the horizontal ellipsis (...) to open the Filter drop down options. Uncheck to remove sections of the Renter Resume.
Saved Preferences
Intellirent will save your filtered preference from your last session. If you uncheck the Cover Page, next time you open any Renter Resume, the Cover Page will remain unchecked.
Verifications
The Employment and Rental History verification sections and documents will only be present as an option in the Renter Resume if the verification is complete for at least one renter in the file.
If you're not seeing the Employment or Rental History options in the dropdown filter, you can navigate to the Application Details to check if the desired verifications is pending.

Download a PDF File
You can use the resume to generate a PDF version of the application. Click the download button on the far right.
NOTE: When generating the PDF Renter Resume file, the file will contain all pages unless you have unchecked any pages from the Filter drop down. All supporting documents are added to the end of the Renter Resume.
The side bar navigation will only display the pages of the resume that are checked in the Filter drop down.
Navigation bar
Use the left navigation bar to jump to sections of the Renter Resume. Saved filters will control the sections visible in the navigation bar. If you have unchecked Application from the filter, the Application will not show on the Resume or the navigation bar.
