Applicant authentications are administered by Experian, and we do not have any control over the outcome of the authentication or specific method required for each applicant.
Some tips to assist with a hassle free authentication for applicants are:
- The person whose name is on the application must be the person actually submitted the information and application online.
- If the applicant has any popup blockers or similar extensions installed on their browser or device, they should disable those while submitting the application.
- The applicant should enter their personal information exactly as listed on their government issued IDs.
If you know you do not have any credit history available, you should be aware that the authentication may successfully be completed, but a "No Record Found" result may be returned in place of a credit report.
