If you have a freeze on your credit report, you will need to contact TransUnion directly to allow the release of your credit history and as soon as possible. You have probably already received an email from Intellirent with next steps below.
It is important you follow these instructions to proceed,
- Call TransUnion's dedicated customer support line and request a 'universal lift' to unfreeze your file. TransUnion is available 7 days a week. Contact TransUnion's dedicated security freeze line at (888) 909-8872. M-F from 7AM to 6PM, Sat 8:30AM to 5PM and Sun 9:30AM to 5PM, (MST).
- After you have called TransUnion, please reply back to the Intellirent support message letting us know you have requested the universal lift. Then we will be able to pull your records for your agent.
*Or please submit a ticket letting Intellirent know you have requested the global lift so we can generate your reports for your agent.
