Intellirent is a software suite of tools used by verified leasing professionals and owners throughout the U.S. to obtain fast and secure online applications complete with credit and background reports.
As a potential renter with a paid application, and a successful authentication/identity verification, you will have access to a copy of your shared reports.
This article provides information on the following options,
Experian
Experian reports are returned when a potential renter has selected, I have a Social Security Number, agreed to Terms of Use, and paid the non-refundable application fee.
At times, an additional identity verification is required to complete the Experian authentication. Once authentication is successfully passed, a potential renter will land on their dashboard.
From the Dashboard in the right panel navigation, click on Credit & Background Reports.
Credit & background reports are valid and may be exported for 30 days after reports are returned. Learn more.
TransUnion
TransUnion reports are returned when a potential renter has selected, I have a Social Security Number, agreed to Terms of Use, paid the non-refundable application fee, and successfully passed the TransUnion identity verification questionnaire.
To receive a copy of your credit and background checks, please contact TransUnion directly at (833) 458-6338.
TransUnion is available M-F from 7AM to 6PM, Sat 8:30AM to 5PM and Sun 9:30AM to 5PM, (MT).
*TransUnion will need to verify your account/application. It is helpful to have your application available when calling.
Nova credit
International credit reports are returned when a potential renter has selected, I do not have a Social Security Number, completed the Nova credit flow, and paid the non-refundable application fee.
A copy of the credit reports will be immediately sent to the email tied to the account of the potential renter.
