Once you have added other agent users to your Intellirent Organization, you can Move a property to a different agent account.
When you create a property, you are the property owner. By moving a property, you are changing the property owner. Changing an owner of a property affects Rental Marketing because leads can only go to one contact, the agent owner of the property. Alternatively, you may choose to Share a Property.
Identify Property Owner
Navigate to Properties. The agent name displayed below the address is the property owner.
Not all agent roles have the access or ability to see all properties owned by other agents in their Organization. An agent may only have access to view their properties. If this is the case, the agent will only see their name as they can only see properties in they own. Learn more about Agent Account Roles/Types and Functions
Although an agent may not be able to see properties they do not own, they will still have the ability to move a property to a different agent within their Organization.
Move Property
To Move a property, find the property you would like to move, and click on the agent owner name.
Select agent
From the pop up modal, select the agent you will be moving the property to then click Save.
Pending acceptance
Once you have moved the property, the new agent owner will receive an email notification letting them know they have a new property in their account. The new agent must log into their account to accept the property.
You will see the property that is pending acceptance in your published property list view where you can also 'Undo the Move' if you choose.
After the property has been accepted and officially moved, Agent roles will no longer have the ability to see the property in their account. Alternatively, an Agent can Share a Property.
As a Managing Agent, you will still be able to see the property you moved because Managing Agents see all properties within the Organization, no matter who owns that property.
