Published properties helps agents organize submitted applications. When needing to find potential renters, an agent may also choose to Activate Rental Marketing.
Although a published property and Rental Marketing are two different features, many requirements for publishing a property closely follow the partner ILS (Internet Listing Site) guidelines.

There are 5 quick and easy steps to publishing a property. Not all details are required. In this article you'll find a description for the following:
Add Property
Click on Properties from the global navigation. By default, an agent will land on Published Properties. A property may be added from any of the folders, Published, Draft or Archived.
Then click Add Property.
Save as Draft
After clicking Add Property, if at any time an agent closes/exits from the modal, the property details will be saved as a Draft.
Step 1: Address
Begin typing your property's address in the Address search field to enter all address fields.
The Date Available will default to the present date. After all required fields are entered, the Next button will be enabled.
Apartment
When selecting Apartment in the Property Type field, you will be required to enter the total number of units in the building. Unit Count is an ILS requirement for buildings with 5 or more units.
Step 2: Details
Enter details for Rent, Deposit, Beds and Baths.
If an agent would like to utilize Rental Marketing, it is recommended that all fields that are not required also be provided. An ILS may choose to populate details that were not provided.
Step 3: Pets & Amenities
Not required. Add information for Pets, Laundry and Amenities.
Pets and amenities are not visible to the renter when selecting a property on the application.

Step 4: Description
Not required. Add a written description of your property. An agent can include custom amenities that were not available in the previous step.
Warning: An ILS may flag a listing as potential fraud when there are less than 2 sentences, or no description at all.
The description is visible to a renter when selecting a property on the application.
Step 5: Images
Not required. Select from saved files or drag and drop photos. Acceptable file types are .png,.jpg,.gif,.jpeg
Warning: An ILS may flag a listing as potential fraud when no images are saved.
There is no limit to the amount of images an agent can upload, though recommended a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 20-30.
Only the first image will be visible to the renter when selecting a property on the application.
