Intellirent's Organization feature helps teams stay organized, working together in one spot. An Organization can have three account roles. This article describes the account roles and options for team collaboration.
Managing Agent
A Managing Agent is the first tier of an Organization, and acts as an administrator to the entire Organization. Managing Agents are able to view all properties and all applications within the Organization.
Managing Agents can invite other Managing Agents or Agents to their organization from their settings drop down, Organization.
After an account is added, a Managing Agent can also change the account role.
Agent
An Agent is the second tier of an Organization, and is only able to see the properties they've created in their account, and applications that were submitted directly to that Agent's account. Agent's cannot see properties or applications that are associated with a Managing Agent's account, unless the property is Shared. Learn more about Shared Properties.
Just like Managing Agents can invite other Agents into the Organization, an Agent can invite a Sub Agent from their account drop down menu: Organization.
Sub Agent
A Sub Agent is the final tier of an Organization. Similar to Agents, Sub Agents can only see their properties and their applications.
Multiple Agent Association
A Sub Agent account can be added to multiple Agent accounts.
Example
If you have an outside agent, or assistant, both agents can invite the one Sub Agent to to their Organization.
The Agents will have the ability to collaborate privately with the same Sub Agent, a Sub Agent can maintain one account while working with multiple Agents.
To collaborate, and depending on your team processes, any account type can create a property then move a property, or share a property with other accounts, within their Organization.
