This is a Zillow Group feature which uses a complex algorithm to determine which photo uploaded for a listing will most likely elicit user engagement when it is viewed in search results. Zillow Group engineers have found this has increased leads across the board for rental listings on Zillow/Trulia/Hotpads.
At this time, Intellirent does not have a way to override this feature nor will Zillow support, posting directly on Zillow Group will provide the same result. However, we are continually returning feedback to Zillow Group developers who are reviewing user insights to improve this tool in the future. Please note that aside from the main listing photo, the rest of your photos will remain in the same order as they were uploaded.
