The Application Criteria feature is a way for you to view submitted applications according to your preferred rental criteria. When qualifying renters, if you have a preference for minimum credit score or rent to income ratio, you can add these preferences in your Application Criteria settings. Once added, your applications will be organized and color coded according to these settings.
Please note, Intellirent never directly communicates to your renters regarding approvals or denials. If you receive an application under your set minimum credit score, the renter will not know. Intellirent is your private account and your actions are not visible to your renters.
To set your Application Criteria navigate to the drop down by your name > click on Settings
Then click on Application Criteria
Enter your preferred minimum credit score and select the rent to income ratio and hit Save.
Once you have applications and you have set your Application Criteria, your applications will automatically calculate the budget using your rent to income ratio and the rent amount of the property. Additionally, your credit scores will now either be green or red. Any scores returned below your minimum credit score will be red, any scores above, green.
