Authenticate your Organization
Only Organization Administrators are required to complete the Intellirent-Experian authentication.

Select Category
Step one of the authentication process. Select the category that best fits your rental screening business needs.
NOTE: Depending on your account type, you may be asked to select from TWO options, or FOUR options.
When an Organization has more than one user, only two options will be present. 1) Real Estate Agent/Broker and 2) Property Manager.
Regardless of ownership, Intellirent is required to capture our user's screening needs. Collaborating on screening results is defined as the top two leasing professional categories.

Business Information will be required for Categories 1) Real Estate Agent/Broker and 2) Property Manager.
All Personal Information details are required by all Organization Administrators and will be used for verification purposes.
IMPORTANT: Only use correct personal information. Any discrepancies may delay the authentication process and delivery of Experian reports.
Verify your identity
In some cases, you might be asked to answer a few knowledge base identity questions unique to your Personal information collected on the enrollment form. These questions come straight from Experian, and are never stored in Intellirent’s system.
After successfully completing the authentication, newly submitted applications will contain Experian credit and background reports.
I am not the owner of the property [OR] I do not manage an organization, I just have my own Intellirent account, do I still need to submit my personal information?
The Personal Information section is a requirement by Experian to authenticate your account so credit and background reports may be returned. As the owner of your Intellirent "Organization" (even if it's a one-person organization), your information must be entered.
