Learn how to reset a forgotten password or change your password from within your Intellirent account. This article provides detailed instructions for the following:
Forgot password
If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it from the login page by clicking Forgot my password. An email will be sent to you with instructions for resetting your password.
Please note:if the password reset email doesn't appear in your inbox, you may need to add info@myintellirent.com to your email allow list.
IMPORTANT: If you have been locked out of your account due to exceeding the number of accepts, please contact our support team here before attempting to reset your password.
Change password when logged in
After logging into your Intellirent account,
- Navigate to your drop down menu > Settings > Account Profile
- On the right, scroll down to the Password section
- Enter all fields
- Current Password
- New Password
- Confirm New Password
- Click Change Password
