Consumer Authentication
After a renter has entered all application data and payment is successful, the housing provider is notified and potential renters that have selected I have a social security number may be required to complete the Experian identity verification.
Once the renter has passed the security step and identity verification, the Credit & Background reports will be generated.

Find the Credit Report
Clicking on the credit score will always take an agent to the top of the reports section in the Renter Resume.
From Applicants
From the Applicants list view, simply click on the credit score to jump into the reports section of the Renter Resume.
From Applicant Details
From the Applicant Details, navigate to the Renter Resume by clicking on the file icon on the top of the right side panel. Clicking on the credit score will also open to the reports in the Renter Resume.
From the Renter Resume
In the Renter Resume, use the side navigation panel to quickly jump to the different report sections.
Click on the the horizontal ellipsis, more options (...) to filter the file view online or on the PDF download.
