When Intellirent has encountered an error either due to delays with Experian or error found in the application submitted by the applicant, Intellirent will display an error icon in replace of the credit score.
Identity Verification Incomplete
If the applicant is displayed the Experian IDV but has not completed the IDV, you will see a yellow icon. Hover to see the tooltip.
It's possible the applicant is in the process of completing the IDV. Try refreshing the page. The IDV should never take more than a few minutes at most to complete.
