If your applicant thinks they may have a freeze on their credit report, they will need to contact TransUnion directly and as soon as possible for reports to be returned to you.
TransUnion has a dedicated security freeze line, (888) 909-8872. M-F from 7 AM to 6 PM, Sat 8:30 AM to 5 PM and Sun 9:30 AM to 5 PM, (Mountain Time).
The applicant will need to reference the property address they are applying to. After TransUnion has made the update, Intellirent will automatically populate the reports for you on your dashboard.
