Intellirent's Organization feature helps teams stay organized, working together in one spot. An Organization can have 3 tiers, or Account Types.
1. Managing Agent account types are the first tier of an Organization. A Managing Agent acts as an administrator to the entire Organization and is able to view all properties and all applications within the Organization.
Managing Agents can invite other Managing Agents or Agents to their organization from their settings drop down, Organization. Managing Agents can also change account types.
2. Agent account types are the second tier of an Organization and only able to see the properties they've created in their account and applications that were submitted directly to that Agent's account. Agent's cannot see into a Managing Agent's account.
Just like Managing Agents can invite other Agents into the Organization, an Agent can invite a Sub Agent from their account drop down > Organization.
3. Sub Agent account types are the third tier of an Organization. Sub Agent's can only see their properties and their applications.
A Sub Agent account can be added to multiple Agent accounts. For instance, if you have an outside agent, or assistant (Sub Agent 1) that works with multiple Agents (Agent 1, 2 and 3), each Agent can invite Sub Agent 1, and collaborate with Sub Agent 1 separately and privately. Sub Agent 1 can maintain one account, working with more than one Agent.
