The Intellirent integration initiated through Rent Manager automates property updates and populates application data at the push of a button.
Before Intellirent can enable your integration, please check that the following steps can be completed in your Rent Manager account.
Configure Online Listings Filters
Rent Manager requires that Intellirent application data contain Rent Manager property data.
Follow the steps outlined in the Integration Onboarding Guide to automatically send Rent Manager property/unit updates to your Intellirent Organization user accounts.
Request Activation
To activate the integration, from your Rent Manager account, navigate to your Available Integrations screen. Administration > Customization > Available Integrations
From Available Integrations, search "Intellirent", then click Request Activation. Our team will be notified of your request and a representative will be in contact.
Properties
Once the Rent Manager Online Listings is configured and the activation request is accepted, Intellirent will begin to receive available rental data.
Intellirent Properties will be updated on the hour, every hour between 8 AM and 6 PM, Eastern.
