Question
My applicant has a dash (-) instead of a credit score on their application. What does this mean?
Answer
The dash you see in place of a credit score means the applicant has either, not submitted payment and agreed to the release of their information, or they have not passed the TransUnion IDV questionnaire.
You will see where the in the process the applicant is next to the applicant's name, Not Started, Pending or Completed.
Not started means that applicant has not signed up.
You will only see applications that are Not Started when that applicant is part of a group. Otherwise, any individual applicants are not visible on your dashboard until the applicant has agreed to terms (release of their data).
Pending means, the applicant has signed up but they are not finished with their application.
Completed means the applicant has finished and completed every part of the application that is required of them.
Completed does not mean all actionable items to review the application are done. The application may still need review on your end.
