Blue Moon Lease & e-Signature

The Intellirent – BlueMoon integration for digital lease signing.

Association members can activate their Click & Lease Blue Moon subscription for easy digital lease signing that reduces double-entry. This following details can be found in this article,

Integrations

Navigate to your Settings: Integrations from your account menu drop down. See full list of integration options: Integrations and Partners.

Activate the Blue Moon integration

Scroll down, and click Link to BlueMoon. 

Authenticate

A new window will open where you will be required to enter your license credentials in order to authenticate the connection. 

Disconnect

After a successful connection, you will return to your Intellirent Settings. The Blue Moon integration will now display an option to disconnect. 

 

Generate Lease

After your subscription is successfully linked, a submitted application will have an option to Generate the Lease from the Application Details. 

Property Selector

A modal will appear where you will select a property or lease record to associate the rental application and enter the lease terms. 

Lease Editor

Click Generate Lease to open the Blue Moon lease editor and complete the sections of the lease.
