Tenant Representative/Joint Relationship

Intellirent helps agents obtain and track a cooperating agent's contact information. 

When your lease transactions are heavily based on a joint relationship between your brokerage and an external source, agents in a different brokerage, an agent may need to track the cooperating agent's information per transaction.

When Tenant Representative is turned On, Intellirent will ask each applicant for their agent's contact information when submitting the application. 

Once an application is submitted, both agents will get notified.
