Immediately after an applicant pays the application fee, agrees to terms and submits the application, Intellirent will email the authorization to release form along with a secure link where the employment and the current tenancy contact can quickly verify online.
The process for doing so is as follows:
Employment
For all Currently Employed entries:
1st attempt: Sent immediately after an applicant pays the application fee, and submits their application.
2nd attempt: If the employment verification is not collected the first time, there is a second email reminder that will be sent the next day either at 8 AM or 12 PM. This depends on what time the application was originally submitted.
3rd attempt: If the employment verification is still not completed, Intellirent's support team will make a phone call to that employment contact.
*Please note: 2nd and 3rd attempts are not made over holidays.
Failed attempts: After the phone call and if Intellirent is still unsuccessful, we will notify both the agent and the renter of our multiple attempts to collect the verification.

Tenancy
For both present and prior tenancies:

Deactivate the automation process
You may choose to deactivate the automation process. To do so, navigate to the menu drop down by your name, and click on Settings.
Once in Settings, click on Application Criteria.
Scroll down to the automation you would like to deactivate, then toggle OFF.
When Tenancy or Employment is toggled OFF, the automated requests will NOT be sent to the contacts your applicant has provided.
You may choose to send (or resend) the signed authorization to release form and request to complete the verification, after the application has been submitted.
