If you have a previous US address and US documents/SSN, but are currently living abroad, list your current address to the last US address you resided at. If you do not have a US address and US documents/SSN, you will want to select "I do not have a social security number" from the personal information page to avoid identity verification issues.
Already submitted your application and having problems completing your identity verification exam? No problem.
To resolve this, please update your current address to the last US address you resided at. Once this is completed, please let us know so we can update TransUnion and regenerate the reports.
You can log back into your application at anytime here: https://www.myintellirent.com/sessions/new with the email and password you created. Navigate to the tenancy information section of the application, then update and save the new information. Again, you'll want to let us know when this is completed so we can regenerate and deliver the reports to your agent in a timely manner.
