An Organization helps teams stay organized while reducing liability by securely collaborating in one spot.

Managing Agent
An Organization member (internal) and administrator. A Managing Agent is able to view all files, properties or applications, owned and those that are owned by other Managing Agents and Agents in their Organization.
Agent
An Organization member (internal). An Agent is only able to see files, properties and applications that Agent owns.
Although an Agent cannot initially see properties and applications in other Agent accounts, Agents can manage the permissions of a file to allow access for members or guests in their Organization. Learn more about how to collaborate from a specific Application or from a Property.
Invite an Agent
A Managing Agent can invite other Managing Agents or an Agent to their organization from their menu drop down, select Organization:
Click +Invite agent
Select Agent, enter an email address then Send. The invited Agent will receive a notification with instructions on creating their account.
Sub Agent
An Organization guest (external). ie: Collaboration with a client, or leasing assistant separate from your brokerage/company, on an on-going basis.
A Sub Agent is only able to see files, properties and applications, that have been shared or assigned by an Agent.
A Sub Agent has the ability to directly utilize their Intellirent account features. Sub Agent owned files, properties and applications, will not be available to Agents until the Sub Agent makes those changes on the Application or a Property.
When sharing or assigning file permissions, a Sub Agent does not see Agent members unless an Agent has also invited the same Sub Agent. More than one Agent can invite the same Sub Agent as a guest, learn more.
Invite a Sub Agent
A Sub Agent is required to be associated with an "Agent" account. As an Agent, from your menu drop down, select Organization:
Click +Invite agent, a modal will appear. Enter an email address, then Send. The Sub Agent will receive a notification with instructions on how to create their account.
Multiple Agents to one Sub Agent
A single Sub Agent can be added to multiple Agent accounts.
Example
For external collaboration with a client/owner or leasing assistant:
Agent A and Agent B are internal members of the same Organization. Agent A works with client, Maria Miller. Agent B also works Maria Miller. Agent A and Agent B can both invite Maria Miller as a Sub Agent to collaborate separately.
A Sub Agent guest will maintain one account while working with multiple internal Agents.
Edit/Change Role
Once an agent has been invited, you can change the account type. Click on the pencil icon to edit.
If an Agent account is needing to be deleted and that Agent has an associated Sub Agent, the Sub Agent account will first need to be reassigned or removed from the Agent association.
Delete or Remove
When an account is deleted, any formerly owned files, properties or applications, will be reassigned to the Administrator's account as the new Agent Owner of the files that were previously owned by the deleted account.
If there were any applications that were pending submission and were owned by the deleted account, once the application is submitted, the Administrator will be notified as the new owner of that file.
