Intellirent is partnered with TransUnion for credit reports and background checks. Intellirent does not, and cannot control the data returned by TransUnion and the credit and background checks. 

For questions regarding TransUnion reports or to obtain a free copy of your reports, please contact TransUnion directly.

When reaching out to Intellirent support, an applicant should be sure to provide accurate account information in order for the support team to quickly assist. When possible, that applicant account information should include: 

1. Email address associated to the application account
2. Full name found on the Application to Rent
3. Full address of rental property 
4. Agent contact information – who the applicant started or submitted an application with
